19 June 2009. Bring yourself and a friend for a fun training session

Children's Summer Camp 3 August - 5 August 2009

We will run a Summer Camp for children aged 8 to 15 years from 9:30 to 3:30. There will be various activities during each day but the emphasis will be on Aikido training. For those who attend every day there will be a grading on the final day. Cost is £15 per day or £40 for the full 3 days for members and £20 per day and £50 for the full 3 days for non members. Shudokan Summer School 2009

As usual Summer School will be the last week end of July and will be held in Nottingham. Again Robert Mustard Sensei (7th Dan) and Joe Thambu Sensei (7th Dan) will join Ken Robson Sensei (7th Dan) in teaching this event. Please check www.shudokan.co.uk for more details.

Martial Arts can provide an aerobic workout that’s impossible to beat! We also run a fitness session every Monday evening from 7:30 to 8:15 which is available to non members for a cost of £3.50 per session.

We believe in developing our physical as well as mental fitness in order to accomplish great things in all areas of our lives. The atmosphere in class is always supportive and team orientated, and regardless of your current level of fitness you will be encouraged in a positive manner to push yourself to new heights of achievement. We have trained both the young and the old, able bodied and disabled, complete novice and trained athlete. The only thing you need to train with us is a desire to achieve.
