We will conduct a self defence course from 11am to 2pm. Cost is £10 or free to current members. See the self Defence section for more details.

There is a special week end of training in Barnstaple, Devon on !3/14 March to mark the 10th anniversary of Soke Stratton's passing. We will be travelling down on the Friday evening. Details are available in the dojo. Please get your name down on the notice board.

As usual we will hold the annual training camp in Nottingham with guest instructors Robert Mustard Sensei (7th Dan Yoshinkan) and Joe Thambu Sensei (7th Dan Yoshinkan). Dates are: 29 July to 2 August inclusive, check, at the dojo, or call, for more details.
